Cerlic Total Suspended Solids Sensor
Innovative state of the art senor that detects total suspended solids in the waste water and Pulp and Paper industries. Choose what range you require from 10 mg/l to 30 %TSS.
This product is a must have for any process that deals with total suspended solids. The low maintenance required for these sensors means less hassle and huge cost savings due to reduced downtime.
The 24/7 monitoring allows immediate response to changes or fluctuations in the TSS virtually eliminating the guesswork typical in the industry today.
The Cerlic range uses different measuring principles to their competitors and incorporates unique features such as self-cleaning of sensors via pressurised water or air.
For example in the difficult area of sludge blanket monitoring, the CBX sensor is an automated system which monitors both fluff and blanket levels by lowering the sensor, before retracting and self-cleaning with pressurised water/air.
Sensors and accessories are made from 316 stainless steel and have no moving parts, making them virtually indestructible and ideal to operate in this volatile environment.
Various sensor types are available - see attached pdf and contact your Teltherm technical expert to discuss the options available.
