The standard design is a PT100 sensor c/w 150 mm long stem and a small head.
If a transmitter is required a large head must be selected.
Select the 4 wire option for best accuracy.

The aluminium head is IP67 and provides ease of installation. Wire from the process controller are attached to terminals in the RTD head allowing probes to be replaced easily in the field.

RTD probes are generally more accurate than thermocouples and best used for temperature ranges of -40 °C to 600 °C. For temperatures above 500 °C consider choosing a thermocouple.

Our standard RTD sensors are Class A. Should you require better accuracy contact Teltherm to order 1/10 Din.
