The model 6/3400 is a 100 mm, 4" diameter, bottom entry vapour pressure thermometer with a glass filled nylon case, a stainless steel bezel, a glass window, a 2 mm OD nickel plated capillary & 12.7 mm OD x 90 mm bulb.

Single scale °C dials are standard but °F scales are available on request. Temperature ranges available from -40 °C to 200 °C. Vapour Pressure thermometer scales are logarithmic - select a range where the working temperature is between 10 and 2 o'clock on the dial.
This thermometer is suitable for temperature measurement where remote measurement & fast response is required. The 6/3400 temperature gauge can be mounted in a panel with pressure gauges with matching cases & dimensions.

Accuracy of this model is ± 1.5 % of full scale deflection in accordance with British Standard 1041.

The standard capillary length is 2 metres but other lengths up to 30 metres are available. Non standard lengths up to 30 metres can be customised on request.

Thermowell pockets are available in AISI 316 stainless steel. Nickel plated brass pockets are available by contacting Teltherm. The close tolerance fit between the sensor element and the pocket ensures excellent conductivity. There is a ½ " BSP thread nut & rubber insert to hold the capillary.
