Our Fast Delivery Policy

• Teltherm excels in speed of product to market. Our policy is to gear our factory to flexible manufacturing processes to meet customer demand.
• Free delivery for orders over $100 to Australia (allow 10 days) or use express international delivery at competitive rates.
• Many Teltherm manufactured products are ex stock – if not, manufacture is 3-5 working days or less, depending on order quantities.
• Our product can be customised to your specification. If you cannot find an option listed, contact us for help. Teltherm make custom dials, ranges, scale units, logos, threads, sectors, drag pointers etc. to suit your requirements.
• Our logistics partners deliver your orders worldwide in the minimum of time.

Delivery

• Orders are processed in NZ dollars.
• The ‘convert currency’ option is available on the product page for your convenience. Please note there may be slight variations on the displayed currency value to the amount shown on your credit card transaction. This is due to variations in exchange rates.
• Rest of world prices reflect extra shipping costs.
• To view product prices in your currency please use the ‘convert currency’ option on the product page.
• The delivery fee is calculated according to the weight or volumetric weight of the order, whichever is the heavier.

• Following receipt of your payment please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of standard product.
• Customized and indent items take longer. You will be advised of the estimated delivery time.
• All NZ orders are delivered via NZ Couriers. Please note NZ Couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Orders

• Your order may incur import charges, duty and tax, to be paid by the recipient.
